Ever since my career started here I have never experienced that dreaded feeling of "Ugh... work sucks". This is achieved thanks to a great culture and a fun work environment, whether it's in our relationships with customers (now partners) or in our communication with colleagues. The atmosphere is always respectful, humorous, and free of hierarchical barriers. I also enjoy the great work-life balance, thanks to the many opportunities for flexible working-hours and vacation planning.

I feel privileged to work the way I do at Refine: The given flexibility concerning "time and space" let's me manage my work hours when and from where I want - apart from some basic rules of course. Concerning our open company culture and communication within the team: it's lovely, we're in this together, motivated for the best outcome!
